Idle Hands, featuring Amy on vocals, bring an elegant, romantic yet upbeat musical atmosphere to your wedding, dinner or corporate event.
Our material ranges from the Jazz Standards (My Funny Valentine) through to Dusty (Spooky and Son of a Preacherman) and finally to Duffy (Mercy), covering a number of well known artists, both old and new, in-between.
We are as adept at the 'old' songs as the 'new' ones and play many of these interpretations in our own unique way. We travel as 4 piece with vocals, guitar and drums, but can feature additional saxophone upon request. Our sets can be arranged to either complement a meal or event or be the focus for people to dance too.
We have our own P.A. and stage lighting, have P.A.T. tested equipment and Public Liability insurance.
We are experienced at Function work, having played for large organisations in York Minster as well as more intimate weddings in boutique hotels.
